Include your name, shipping address, and item(s) from our online catalogue or website you would like to order. Please make note of the item(s) description, product code, and price.
PAYMENTS
All orders for ceramic goods and shipping must be prepaid before shipping.
For ceramic goods
Our customers use www.Wise.com so they can pay in their currency and we receive euros at very low service fees and exchange rates. It is simple to use, too. Please make wire transfer payment (can also choose bank debit or credit card options) for ceramic goods only.
We will provide you with the bank coordinate details in an email at time of purchase.
For shipping
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express for shipping.
Please include your name, shipping address, credit card number, expiration date, security code, billing address; or if you prefer, a daytime phone number where we can call you for the above information. Shipping charges will be added at that time.

SHIPPING
Orders are normally shipped within 48 hours (unless it has to be created) from our Deruta Italy factory. Shipments leave our factory on weekdays.
Shipping is by FedEx or UPS air unless otherwise specified by the customer. Standard international air shipments to the US normally take 7 to 10 business days, unless held up in customs.
Shipping charges will be estimated at the time of the order and approved by the customer. Additional charges may apply depending on the volume of the boxes after packing.
We take great pride in packing your order so that it arrives intact. Should your order arrive damaged please take a photo of the condition of the box (top and sides) and of the object in order to have your item replaced or to receive a refund if we cannot replace the damaged item.
